Helping Hand Haven is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit supporting communities across Louisiana through community giveaways, educational outreach, and industry partnerships.
We organize routine food and resource giveaways, host educational events, and build positive partnerships between industry and the community to address food insecurity and support long-term well-being.
Community Giveaways & Impact
On December 13, 2025, Helping Hand Haven hosted its first community food giveaway, serving more than 300 parishioners. This overwhelming response showed both the need within St. James Parish and across communities in Louisiana, as well as the power of coordinated support when organizations and volunteers work together. With continued support, we plan to host routine giveaways year-round to provide families with essential resources.

Helping Hand Haven is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting residents through organized community initiatives, routine giveaways, and educational outreach. Our mission is to serve communities across Louisiana while building positive partnerships that strengthen the relationship between industry and the communities they impact.
